I'm sick and tired of Devouer Junglers

I'm tired of the Yi/Shyv/Xin power farming the jungle and getting sated by 18ish minutes.

I'm tired of the Devouer/Rageblade then full tank build for uber dueling and split pushing

I'm tired that devouer/rageblade junglers can split push and melt towers in a split second

I'm tired of seeing devouer junglers on my team when they're behind, they're useless

I'm sick and tired of Devouer. It's not working, its giving these "AA heavy" junglers an unintended power spike that allows them to steamroll through games. Its no fun to play against a player who can PvE farm the jungle and come out at the 18 minute mark and be stronger than every other player on the map. It's a bullshit mechanic that failed with Wriggles, failed with Feral Flare and its failed again with Devouer. Time to scrap the item and completely start over. It will either be BROKEN OP or TERRIBLE AND NEVER USED
