if you have a support item COMPLETED I think it would be nice if you could build plain 45ms boots.
these boots could either be sold for 100% value or near, maybe 85 - 90%.
or upgrade into any other boots.
this way they can work on their other items a bit sooner, be it mana for early game or tankyness...

this is just a question of being able to keep up with the enemy that get great value out of their tier 2 boots early on.
HellionX21 votesSupport is already the easiest and most rewarding role in the game with the lowest skill needed. The items are already all insanely cheap and mediocre play is rewarded. The role doesn't need anymore buffs.
