1.It has nearly everything a mage could want mana,CDR,AP,utility

2.Its the cheapest of the AP bunch mages wouldn't take it if everything else they could buy wasn't so expensive

3.ITS EXTREMELY gold efficient due to the fact that your first big AP item would pay for itself slowly

I know, It is TOO strong even for supports, but you know what, people on Boards say some stupid things about Mages having no itemization options etc, FQC is just op ffs.

the slow was a morgana binding on low cooldown that hit for 100%, hmmm I dont know why people bought it~
