I honestly don't think she is a bad champion, but right now it's incredibly difficult to play as her due to how low her Base AS is

I don't think her damage or tankiness needs any adjustments or buffs, she just needs some love in terms of AS

All she needs right now is: AS increased to .625 from .571

She already has a lot of counterplay in terms of fighting her, but she really shouldn't have such a constrictive Base AS. It makes last hitting as her incredibly hard even with her Q and W until around level 9.

No. As someone with a lot of Illaoi games this season, I think that's not very fair. Her low attack speed early on in the game prevents you from easily beating up on people's spirits too easily.
