I want to like playing Leblanc

Ever since her rework, she has just felt awkward to play. Her burst is gated by a delay which more or less throws off her "burst", especially in grouped team fights. I get new LB has a very high skill floor, and that old LB was way to easy with little to no counter play, but now it still feels like she has too much counter play because of how her damage is dealt (Not to mention how rough ARAM can be for her when going AP). To be clear I am not saying she is necessarily weak or strong, just that she still feels awkward.
