is shyvana in need of buffs?

She has a very low play rate now because she is a little weak compared to similar junglers so very few people play her. For example, her top lane dueling is so bad that it's almost become non-existent showing that her only ability to succeed right now is to afk farm in the jungle and hope the enemy jungler doesn't succeed at ganking so she can get a little ahead. Other AS junglers like Jax, Yi, and Xin are outperforming her right now, mostly because the items she buys are weaker than they have been in the past. You can see at champion.gg that she is going into decline since devourer was removed.
