AP Juggernauts In AP Item Rework?

Are AP Juggernauts getting any representation in the AP item revamp? Are AP Juggernauts a real thing? Who are the AP Juggernauts? It seems like they don't really have any decent options. Some of the items listed in the AP rework provide new options for AP + HP, but they don't really seem defined as AP Juggernaut items, and will probably be used by any AP champion that wants to pick up a bit of survivability.

There are no AP equivalents to item 3053 item 3748. Those kind of items were necessary to let fighters (including Juggernauts) differentiate themselves from Slayers. Currently, all defensive AP items, such as item 3152 item 3027 item 3151 item 3116 item 3102 item 3157 (and soon the new item 3165), are pretty equivalent to AD defensive options generally available to most/all AD classes, such as item 3071 item 3026 item 3156 item 3078 item 3139 item 3814 (and until it's reworked, item 3022).

There are also a few defensive/survival options that don't really have AP equivalents, like item 3812 item 3046 and Lifesteal. AP does have item 3001, but it seems to be more of a generalist supportive tank item with mana sustain than a Juggernaut tool.

Most of these items don't really require the user to be a Juggernaut or Fighter/Bruiser to get the most out of them, which is why you'll often see combinations like Lucian item 3071 and Ekko item 3152 or Anivia item 3027, etc., which may be fine, but it doesn't really help itemization define champion classes. With every AP champion essentially dipping out of the same defensive item pool, this hinders AP build diversity to some extent.

Mordekaiser ... Riot lists Mordekaiser as a Juggernaut, but his current best build item 3020 item 3285 item 3151 item 3116 item 3157 item 3135 doesn't seem very "juggernautish" and isn't tankier than any standard "battle mage".

Chogath ... Cho'Gath seems like an AP Juggernaut in regards to his high damage + tankiness balanced by immobility and unreliability of CC, but he also lacks options that don't just directly dip out of the general AP item pool or tank item pool.

Singed ... Singed builds kind of how one might expect an AP Juggernaut to given the limited options, though his kit is pretty unique and not like Juggernauts. He has some mobility and reliable CC, but so does Udyr and Riot considers him a Juggernaut so who knows?

Galio ... Riot calls Galio a Warden + Battle Mage, but he seems like he could fit as a Juggernaut to the same extent as Volibear.

Gragas ... The same goes for Gragas.

Anyhow, these are just my observations and ramblings.

tl;dr: I would like it if AP pseudo-Juggernauts could get some better defined itemization, equivalent to item 3053 item 3748.

The only real AP Juggernaut is Morde, as everyone else who could potentially fit the bill has too much CC or mobility. If these changes open the door for AP focused Juggernauts I wouldn't be opposed to seeing more though.

The only AP juggy imo is Morde.

Volibear doesn't have great AP ratios and scales better with raw HP

Singed is his own thing where he prefers to dance around the enemies

Cho I could see if he didn't have so much CC

Grag is another that I can kinda see but again to much Mobility and CC

Galio has way too much CC and mobility

Juggies to me are low mobility fighters that want to get in your face to scrap.
