I think damage needs to be toned down

Not just from ADCs, but also things like Kayn/ Khazix bursting in 0.5 sec.

Literally the only thing to stop a Kha'Zix from instant deleting a squishy is Kog'maw insta-deleting Kha mid flight.

There was a point in League's history when almost everything was viable. This game can be strategic without all this excessive snowballing.
