Sure, there are other tanks that can jump into the middle of your team and still do good aoe damage, but tankali can also have crazy single target damage too. In my opinion, there are other top laners that can also do crazy damage, but do they have big boobs and a nurse skin? ;)

Darth Pixy Misa1 votesMost top laners that i can think of can be described by ok in lane till leverl 6 then really dangerous. Tanky Akali is fine, she has just enough damage to take out a carry in 1-2 rotations but not enough damage to burst down tanks and juggernauts.
