Can someone explain to me why Leblanc has 340 base MS and Lissandra only has 325?

Still doesn´t explain why an assassin with two blinks has higher base MS than a mage with one timed, interruptible blink.

Pantheon having 355 base MS is understandable because his jump is the only reliable way for him to get out of something, and he almost always uses it to engage on people.

lmao LeBlanc is an assassin. Mobility and dmg are the only things she has. Lissandra has her CC and her E (with double the range of LeBlancs W btw) and her Ult-Zonyas. You can't compare them.

I have been saying this too LMAO. I have never bothered making a post about it but it literally makes no sense at all for her to have 340 MS. For crying out loud her MS matches half of the melee roster. If you land a chain, or are kiting a melee, you WILL kite them out. Melee champs are supposed to be faster so they can eventually close the gap. Be that she already wont be caught, the 340 MS is definitely insult to injury.

How about this, Ekko a Melee Assassin has 340 MS and other Ranged Mid Laners that have 340 MS are Zoe, Brand, xerath, and plenty of others. Why is it Ekko can't get some base MS?
