Who were the problems? Guessing Tank Yasuo, Gnar, and Hurricane Caitlyn? Of those, the only one who will really be impacted by the upcoming change is Gnar.

Latex Choker1 votesI could see Jax managing alright if they bump up his bonus AD ratios slightly, 60 AD translates to 60 extra damage on leap strike, 30-60 on E depending on charge, and 30 extra armor on his ult. Doesn't quite make up for the loss of 52 damage on hit, but softens the blow compared to other champs.

Fervor of Battle has been an issue for quite a while. While I disagree with how they decided to nerf it, I'm happy that they ultimately did.
