A large, large portion of your community has been begging for teambuilder back. I understand why teambuilder was not a good solution for ranked, and I totally agree with it. But please talk to us, and tell us why it had to be completely removed. Some of the things us players missed are:

  1. The ability to get the champion you wanted 100% certain (and by extension the role)
  2. The ability to leave without penelty at any point during the building process
  3. The ability to (if leading) select the champs you want on your team
  4. The "blind pick" element, where neither side knows what the other is doing (and therefore there is no need to worry about counterpicking)
  5. Mirror Matchups

The first is definitely the most important. All of these are lacking in dynamic queue, and even if a different version is created for blind-pick replacement, like you guys said, there still will not be a 100% certainty on champions or roles. That is what we miss the most as a playerbase. Please, talk to us about this. You guys have said nothing since the first announcement that TB was going to be removed, other than "It's not right for ranked." We get that. But if such a large playerbase wants TB back, why does it have to remain deleted? Please, can we get some dialogue on this, and a discussion going?

Who actually likes mirror matches? I honestly hate them which is why i love the dynamic queue for normals now but I do miss TB...I can't really learn new champions....

Learning new champions can be done in AI or custom matches where your lack of experience with the champ won't negatively affect your team.

There is a vast difference in learning new champs/roles in an AI game vs PvP. In AI sure you can get a feel for the build and skills but what I mean is it is a lot more efficient to learn against a team of 5 players to really learn the strengths, weknesses and what-not because there are actual smart enemies who will attack you and force you to learn. Especially for jungle, in an AI game you don't learn much in terms of ganking, when to gank, how to counter jungle, when to counter jungle/gank, and how to deal with counter jungling. It is easier to learn a champ/role while fighting another person.

On your number 3 point riot stated they wanted the game to be more pro oriented because people want to meaningful experiences similar to professional team play that means making the best possible team comp not just picking and choosing what do you want (example tas + 4 knock ups) On 4 and 5 right has also stated a blind is being made they need to work out the bugs for draft first (also not many people like mirrors)

On 1 you have a point riot has remained silent on that

On 2 you're not obligated to get into a game make sure you have all of your obligations completed chores, homework , or what have you before you play. If you are unhappy with your team comp state your opinion about why you aren't happy with your team and see if you can logically change their mind (Example asking a mid to go ap when everyone else is ad)
