Maybe not the full kill gold, but at least something for your efforts of destroying it.
This way, people that want to buy one early on because it has offensive stats and they are ahead are somewhat punished for what could now be a risky decision. Bigger shutdowns.
Hela1 votesI like the idea, but i still dislike the fact it even has dmg on it now. It used to be a draw back to get survivability on a dmg champ now riot condones it. It makes other roles other than tank harder to kill except tanks? there is no draw back to buying 
against tanks or 
and of course 
but a tank wants to do his job and has to deal with this active
