I love tanks being good, it's awesome

I hate tanks getting access to bruiser level damage while still being full tanks full of CC, disruption and innate durability.

Honestly, I think it needs tweaking or a solid nerf. I understand that we have dps tanks who deal damage like a bruiser but don't have as much cc as a tank Volibear (Sejuani is on a whole different level than Nautilus or Voli, let's be real), but damage scaling off health and reducing all damage is a tad much. HP stacking tanks already have a weakness item 3153, but they should still be vulnerable if they try to duel willy-nilly just like everyone else.

And this is coming from someone who appreciates tanks. They shouldn't have too much power, though.
