Awesome yet subtle TF Rework Idea (Please Read)

TF is 1 dimensional, very predictable and not very interesting in terms of combat pattern.

Ignoring his gameplay, when I look at TF's character these are the things that come to mind:

Witty Sly / Slippery Adroit Card Slinger Hustler Bluffer Con Man Ace up Sleeve

All of these can be translated into his gameplay easily. I'm not trying to outright change TF.

Passive: Unchanged

Q: Wild Cards

> Damage changed: 30/65/100/135/170 +35% AP.

> (New Effect): Marks first target struck with Hidden Ace.

> Hidden Ace: Reveals an enemy for 2 seconds. Dealing damage to marked target with Pick A Card or Shuffle resets the cooldown of Wild Cards and gives it a heal. TF gains 25/30/35% Movement Speed at lvls 1/7/13 when moving towards an enemy marked with Hidden Ace.

> Heal of resetted Wild Cards: 75% of the damage dealt per enemy hit.

W: Unchanged.

E: Stack & Shuffle: Stack: > TF gains 15/25/35/45/55 +15% AP Magic damage on his basic attacks. He gains a Stack Charge every time one of his abilities affect an enemy. Charges last 3 seconds and basic attacks add 1 second to thier life span (Not exceeding 3 seconds) (max charges 4.)

> Each charge increases his entire on-hit damage by 11/12/13/14/15% and his attack speed by 12/14/16/18/20%.

> (Active): Shuffle Single Target. Mana Cost: 85/105/125/145/165 +4 Stack Charges.

> TF shuffles his deck out at a single target; clearing all charges to deal 75/135/195/255/315 +40% AP magic damage to a single target. Enemies around the target take 50% damage.

Shuffle is a single target barrage ability much like Syndra R ability but it also does reduced AoE damage and it cannot be casted until attaining 4 charges.

R: Unchanged (Adds a charge of Stack).

I know this might seem overloaded. I think so as well I was just comprising all my ideas in 1 rework. If they ever decided to make changes I could see them taking either the Q + W interaction or the new E but not both.
