Emotes were,are and always will be a worthless addition to the game,stop trying to make em' relevant

Honestly,i am only seeing them being used by streamers and thats because they make the video a bit funnier i also saw them being used in the first week of their release and this week where they got updated because obviously they were not doing well and even now i am starting to see them being used less and less every day its such a waste of time,effort and resources Riot.

Hell people must really not like them because they even removed them from appearing automatically on the start and the end of the game xd,wake up riot

I find the thumbs up handy for thanking people and giving them a quick good job after doing a good play, outside that I don't use any of the others. Does help basic communication on the fly regardless of language, which is good on EUW.

I disagree. They're super useful for basic communication without having to stop and type to my allies. I remember a few moments that made me laugh with emotes. Like the kne time I accidentally took a kill from my midlaner. I showed my Ashe emote, he showed the Fizz one, and it made me laugh.

Besides if you dont like them you can mute them. Some of us actually do like the emotes. No need to get all bent out of shape over them.

He probably got spammed emotes by a lane that was winning. Its can be as tilting as trashtalk in all when done right. A lot of folks on this game have a really thin skin.

Yeah, I get that, I can be pretty thin-skinned too. I personally have never experienced being BMed through emotes. Closest thing I've had like that is when I spent the entirety of lane phase in top trading emotes and laughs with the enemy, but that was just a hoot more than anything.
