I have to wait until next season to play ranked.

I simply can't anymore. My teammates simply just aren't good enough.

I've played this game long enough to be an 8/10 in every role, and there is nothing left for me to work on decision wise, mechanic wise, vision wise, or anything.

It simply isn't up to me anymore. It's up to my teammates whether they want to correctly fight a 2v2 or make the right decisions, it's not up to me anymore.

And it's not fair, because when their inability to perform better fails ME, I still have to suffer for it.

It doesn't matter how many times I gank, provide vision, warn, or even carry, my teammates fail to perform adequately and I have to suffer for it.

It doesn't matter how many people I peel away from our ADC, he is still gonna play chicken and run away from the fight without a single shot losing us the fight

It doesn't matter how much vision I provide or how many pings, my teammates still don't pay attention to wards or listen to warning.

There's simply nothing I can do anymore.

I stopped reading at

and there is nothing left for me to work on decision wise, mechanic wise, vision wise, or anything.

That honestly is probably one of the most bronze-like sayings I've ever heard. You know Snoopeh? Foxdrop? All of Solo mid? All of Any professional league team ever? They still have things to learn. YOU still have things to learn. You're not perfect or else you wouldn't lose a single game. If you had nothing left to learn, you wouldn't ever die in any game, you would get every objective needed to win, and you would have no recent losses.

Download and install LolReplay, then you'll see how much you have to learn. Just the fact that you said "I have nothing left to learn" says that you still have A LOT to learn.., A lot.

No, they say that to seem modest.

If you were to ask in private, they would say no, other than to learn Korean level reflexes.

No, you're wrong. I've watched LCS. Every single game, they're were mistakes made. They're were things that were done wrong that costed certain teams game. Nobody has "nothing left to learn" in this game. Foxdrop admits to mistakes all the time, even if they're little ones, as does Dyrus.

I think communication is a majority of the battle! You don't know how many games I've won by just helping my team, sometimes it becomes me yelling at them, but when they listen to proper commands I can turn a game that should have been an easy win into a game that is a win.

It's like you didn't even read

No matter how many times I ask or warn, they don't do it

I understand that, but maybe it's how you convey your info. I learned that through trial and error. After a testing of ping spam, yelling, and more positive methods my team mates started listening.
