so with full crit, ashe's passive increases sheen damage to around 400 damage giving her an incredible burst with W+AA also it gives CDR which is really good on ashe.

they can build expensive items and still get away because they only farm non stop in the game, they only scale with gold so that's the only thing they do the entire game.

Trinity Ashe isn't around burst, it's around poking with Comet, since your W is on a 3 second Cooldown. Personally I don't like this build, since it is way to far off my playstyle with her and I think Blade suits me and her way better.

Oh yes, because that the best players in the world can do it means all of us random nobodies can, right? They're the best players in the world for a reason, and it's NOT their item builds.
Ashe is and has always been a wonderful scaling champion - but are you SURE you can trust your average random teammates to play properly enough to let you scale? Will you have the time to do so? The protection while farming? The team comp built around you?
If just one of these answers with "no", then trinity force ashe is never going to work for you unless you're extremely fed and your entire team is already winning in the first place.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and try it myself the next time i play adc, but in most cases blade of the ruined king into hurricane or phantom dancer will be the superior option. In the end, Ashe is designed as a sustained damage dealer and chances are that's what will benefit you and your team the most - burst damage will only work against opponents without armor.

I like how you talk as if Ashe had the option to deal a lot of damage at 15 min in
ashe CAN ONLY SCALE, this build is good to scale if you're bad yourself and you can't manage to farm items it's your problem, it has nothing to do with high elo or low elo.

Ashe is actually really strong early game. She's a great lane bully with excellent catch potential and snowballs hard. She's a counter to champions like Draven and Miss Fortune, who tends to win against dominant meta champions like Jhin, Jinx and Kai'sa.
Ashe's botrk damage scales the same way trinity force does, so it's just all-around superior for when you can't trust your allies to go for a 40 minute game.

Basically she has 2 build paths and I think that's a good thing.
