Crit should never have been a burst stat. It was never the intent to begin with. The changes Riot did made it not a burst stat.
I wish the boards would realize that not every change needs to be reverted just because something's weak, and that you can actually buff them after those changes

Wait adding helped lower burst ummmmmmmm it got like 3 champions nerfed for having to much burst and people still complain that it causes to much burst. You can maybe say lower burst for some but increase burst for others and like only 3 champions use it and only 1 is a adc.

In early he BEARly does any damage and against tanks like darius,urgot,garen etc he cant really do anything exept trying to Q and cc them into your tower. He kinda needs more damage and make his E take less mana or have more attack speed on early to land W easier.
So what bufss will he get? Late game scaling or just raw damage/HP regen?
