Only in a game like League will a team report you, if you didn't carry. Sorry 1-11 Caitlin, 0-9 Nami, 1-8 Gankplank, and 4-10 Vi, my 14-4 Swain couldn't carry you all, so I get reported because bot is a duo and blame me? You attempt to call and make plays, but everyone tells you to shut up and to play your own game. What? Isn't this a team game?

Riot, I am slowly becoming the toxic player. It seems attempting to play to better the team around you is a dieing breed. No one wants to work together in League anymore, everyone just wants to do their own thing. I dont care if jung steals my kills, as long as the opponent was killed. I don't care if you take half of my CS, at least the gold is going somewhere. And I don't care if you stole my penta, the team is dead, and we can push and win. Just work together for once.

Speaking of toxic.. I never thought in the life of me that I would see such a toxic enemy team as I had to play vs last game. You know the community has gotten bad when you ask the other team to report the AFK on your team, then get a reply back that if you FF or surrender we will report them.. Really the community has scooped this low? At first I laughed it off and went on about playing, at 20 min myself and another player try to surrender of course 2 out of the 4 did not want to surrender. I say in all chat sorry guys we tried to surrender so we can move on to the next game. The reply I get from the enemy team is, shut up noob get stomped you F'N scrub. The report system is a joke. Muting players does not help it makes them act out in other ways like feeding or trying to solo baron or other forms of messing up your game completely . I have seen 3 afks out of the last 5 games and encountered 5 toxic players out of 5 games. So Op I agree with you when you say League, is a toxic hell cesspool

It is unfortunate, but this does happen sometimes. In most cases its just better to ignore them. Also if they DO report you, it shouldn't make any difference as long as you weren't actually doing anything negative. The only suggestion I could give is possibly not talk? It is a horrible one, but a lot of these immature people, and I will admit I've felt this way sometimes in games too, will take any advice to their playing as an insult to them personally. They will lash out because they are already feeling bad and you are just making it worse. Not saying it is right, just saying it as how I've felt sometimes. Anyways, at most just suggest more team related things and/or just use pings because they can't complain about those without reason and if they do... well I'm pretty sure you're going to lose anyways then.

Also as a side note, I've actually won games not saying stuff that I wanted to. Instead of commenting on someone for their mistake or doing something INCREDIBLY stupid, I just kept playing despite us being in a situation I felt for SURE we should lose, but then one good teamfight and we turn the game around and start winning from that point. It is true that communication is important, but it can also destroy your chances if you don't use it with care.
