I'm serious. I can't even tell the difference between when I have 0 tenacity and 30%. It's the same old shit. Pretty much 90% of the roster has at least 1 form of hard CC so tenacity is pretty much a useless stat at this point.
Zero Shingetsu4 votesVery little. If you really stack tenacity, you notice the difference. But if you have anything less than 60% bonus tenacity, you can't really even tell. If you have 30% Tenacity and a stun lasts 2 seconds, it'll be 0.6 seconds faster to wear off. That makes almost no difference in the current meta, you'll still be dead before you're out of stun.
