Both roles in the bot lane have negative game impact right now, games are literally won on the better jg/mid/top in that order.
You can go 5-0 as bot lane and you'll still lose the game if your top ints, or your jungle afk farms while the other ganks non stop, or if theres a skill difference in mid, etc etc etc etc etc.
Its stupid, pretty sad for bot lane players, nothing they do actually matter.

dunder kill6 votesYeah, bot lane is balanced. You can carry with ADC. All this shit applies to literally every other lane as well. People go 5/0 in lane and lose the game playing every role. Not just ADC so stop trying to play the victim card. he difference being the entire role doesn't collectively bitch and moan every time they aren't the most insanely broken class in the game. Being the only deciding factor of a game is gone get over it. Bot lane needs no buffs at all

OtterlyLost1 votesYeah that's totally why you can't carry a bad jungle or mid. It's a team game and the two lanes that only have one person in them matter more than the lane with 40% of your team. :)
Inviction1 votesIt's been like this for quite a while now and it is a team game so if bot lane wins they should rotate to mid make a play or have the support roam more frequently. If you lose as a bot lane that goes 5-0 unless if the enemy mid laner is 6-0 Zed then I don't see why they couldn't win.

Almost impossible to solo carry, it takes atleast 2 confident lanes/jg to win.
