Hoping this is another fake leak. Such a creatively bankrupt idea - "melee Kennen" give me a break.
Can we not get another generic mishmash of "juggernaut" traits like the last 3 juggernauts 
and actually get a good, interesting design?

feels like riot wants big plays and not anything that would justify volibear being picked unless he's just better. same as urgot, same as aatrox. great.

Also people said "aatrox is just riven 2.0". He's in no way like riven. Slow animations, slow overall... So why voli would be like kennen ?
Moody P1 votesclones, pets, a fighter-like who has utility that isn't "le epic aoe stun." how about healing? how about buffing allies? how about debuffs? how about playing up his anti-mobility power since he's the only juggernaut who focuses on that? how about spells that aren't generically good in every situation so that Volibear isn't another rehash of the same exact thing that the entire juggernaut cast is already able to do?
this leak doesn't tell me "i want to pick volibear." it says "Volibear isn't good unless he's better."
nothing that would actually make a new volibear interesting for me is something riot would do because riot excludes numerous design principles for completely arbitrary reasons
RandomIsHere3 votesI see. Clones & pets are good on paper. But riot never managed to do a good job with them. Kindred's wolf really teased me until we got gameplay videos. Shaco's clone & LB's clone (pre revert) are not really a "gameplay extension". Only a movable character without special skills, only AAs.
Neeko's clone is a bit better, but shows how frustrating it is to play against.

So they're looking changes that go well with the champion. The lore says
"The thunderous demigod known as the Thousand-Pierced Bear is the battle-spirit of the Freljord."
Then i wouldn't understand a "supporting kit" on hit. Considering the anti-mobility : Reworks and new champs try to remove point&click CC. Making them a skillshot that can be dodged, adding a cast time so people could react. Actual Q E dont let much counterplay...
Leak isn't enough to judge already. We'll need to see some gameplay of his new kit.
boricCentaur11 votesI hope this change is not real I hate when riot just puts so much time into a champion that is just going to be reworked look how much time they put into aartox a year before and in the same year that time could of gone to other champions like just do small buffs since it just going to be a waste of time.
