So what the fuck is Graves.
He literally one shots, he has 200 passive armor from mashing E, he's entirely autos, has a blind / slow, abuses lifesteal to no end... what weakness does he have?

a champion
what weakness does he have?
When people have actual experience fighting against him.
Yeah, I played him for a good 2-3 months when his rework came out. As far as I can see, he has no real exploitable weakness other than his range, but you're not going to kill him from that far away, so.
When his rework came out he was an entirely different beast, as are most of Riot's reworks.
48% winrate, 2.5% pick rate, no playtime in any pro scene and hardly any presence in high elo play in general. Clearly, he's got weaknesses that can be abused and he's not as OP as you seem to think. The only Graves I've seen in months ended up going 1/11 in a 22 minute game.
An abomination. A lesser Lee sin do all.
Basically. I don't understand why he's never had a significant nerf.
He sucks at ganking - Even though he has a gap-closer with his E, but it's the hard cc during the gank that matters. Graves does have smokescreen that has a slow, but if there's no root, stun, snare to trap the enemy laner(s) he won't get much except for a summoner spell.
Limited Atk spd cap - His passive giving him the ammo mechanic gives him a hard to bring out the dps. Wait until he has 1 bullet or none, then try to punish him as he reloads.
You can use minons or a tanky teammate to body-block Graves auto attacks - Think of Graves auto as a skillshot. If he wants to hit a squishy target that is hiding behind a unit, he has to kill that unit in front him first. So if I was
hiding behind
, Graves has to auto the Naut or have to go around it.
He falls off very late game - His damage is insane early-mid, but once late game comes, he can't do nothing much. If you have a super late game damage carry to nuke Graves, you just won the game.
As for dealing his lifesteal - If Graves doesn't build
you still have a chance to win. But when he does, avoid staying close to your teammates and spread out around graves. His auto attacks can hit multiple targets like a mini Ashe W but not much range. Because when he has Death's Dance, it grants Graves more healing when his auto hits multiple targets.
Hes not very tanky, not very mobile, and has low range.
