I just got cheesed at lvl 3 on my red by fucking xin zhao and he literally 3 shot me and I was udyr. But alright, what do I do now ? I cleared my jungle before red, only thing thats left are golems, he took them too. I can't gank anyone because they're either dead or pushing the lane. What the fuck do I do ? I tried doing crab then ganking bot, but xin zhao of course came the same time as me and we got killed again. Now he's 2 lvls above me and one shotting my whole team. Doesn't help that enemy blitz is roaming everywhere and ganking also. We just FF-ed at 20 mins. I'm just trying to figure out what should've I done that game, because I really wanna get better at jungling.

The game has currently rolled back to season 2 levels of snowballing. If you fall behind its extremely unlikely you will be able to come back.

But seriously, why would you POSSIBLY start blue buff on Udyr? Blue buff is for champions that have long cooldowns, are spell-reliant and mana hungry. Udyr is a basic attack-oriented champion.

Its extremely simple. Start red buff on basic attack oriented champions. Use your trinket whenever you can.

I start blue because udyr IS mana hungry, try switching betweet stances on lvl 2-3 and you'll see you need that mana. Also, because if I get blue first, I can do the whole jungle clear which gives me 1k gold and lvl 4. But yeah, I agree, only thing I can do is start red first against champs that can invade, thought that is the only solution too after the game.

Udyr is not so mana hungry that you are unable to get blue buff without running oom.

Here's what i do: Hunters machete, refillable potion and start Q at level 1, on the spawnpad. Activate Q, so that you regen all your mana.

Basic attack red buff once, then activate Q. Kill red buff.

Get W level 2. Wolf camp is next. Basic attack the small wolf until you get the 3rd stack on Q, then use the empowered Q on the wolf and activate Q to re-proc the 3rd Q stack. Basic attack the wolf until you proc tiger stance a third time, then switch to turtle stance until tiger stance is off cooldown.

For blue buff, proc tiger stance then re-activate tiger stance to instantly re-proc tiger stance's DoT. Consume 1 refillable potion stack the instant you take damage. Basic attack blue buff until tiger stance is procced once more, and then either switch to turtle stance and finish off blue with smite or just keep using tiger until you kill blue with smite.

Congratulations, you now have unlimited mana to clear the rest of the jungle, gank a lane or invade the enemy red buff/krugs.

Is my explanation too hard to understand? Tell me in a reply if you want me to hop on my account on EUNE and show you how to do it in practice.

What?

The opposite.. You start the buff you don't want to be ganking with.

Udyr will want red for ganks, not for clearing krugs.

Shit camp > little camps > Red camp > Gank

Also if it helps try to take the red and blue buff inside the bush that way even if they come theres a slight chance u can escape or kill them. I suck at jg so I do this.

It's better than taking it where it spawns but no one should think its foolproof, Lee sin, Jarvan or whoever may have it warded and be waiting.
