Can Tahm's Tongue Lash Require Effort to Land?

The hitbox is so huge you can just throw it in the enemies general direction. Make it just a little bit thinner please Riot so that you can sidestep it without having to dash/flash. It's way too reliable, especially for all the things it does (Applies stack of passive, large slow, low cooldown, high damage)
