Ahri is pretty terrible in high elo (diamond +) atm, she just does no damage and is never worth a pick anymore.

Zoe E Q AA does more damage than ahri whole kit on a 3~4s CD, almost every mid laner can outdamage ahri whole kit with their basic rotation even if she hits everything, theres no reward for playing the champ anymore.

Hit 5 Qs (both parts) in a row in lane on trades? All it takes is zoe hitting one E into a Q for you to be with less health than her.

In this case, it does. Viktor's been trash since Riot dumpstered Rylai's. They promised compensation buffs and are now only getting around to it over a year later.

ahri doesn't need buffs, she's amongst the decent mid laners viktor is unable to win almost any games

Imo his damage is pretty good but sometimes he cannot even finish his combo because he get killed due to his pretty low defense and magic defense. His def and magic def scaling is lower than most assasins. Also his E need 6 charges to be used... His mobility is no more what defines him because in this season ''everyone'' has mobility. I am not even surprised that many mages are beating Kassadin in these days.

Play Viktor, I swear to god, just play him. His abilities are pretty garbage until he upgrades his Hextech to the first rank, and by then the laning phase is already over. This is why he's getting buffed.

I play Ahri myself and she is only able to win by catching people. Her burst potential is gone. The main reason why she wont be buffed for the next 2 years is, because she was in the meta for too long. She has issues, but most do not care for her at all or haven't played her. Sad, but true.
