Veigar is balanced if you play on the East Coast
The .75 second delay doesn't make a difference since you end up lagging into it anyway!

I have something better http://bavatuesdays.com/files/2013/12/gatsby-leo-051113.gif
Have a
instead.
Transfer to LAN then, not only is the ping and lag much better for east coasters, but the people around here couldn't possibly dodge that cage even if it was on a 2 second delay
Can you make a 3 in 1?
With five additional words. "...unless I'm playing Lee Sin."

Yeah, I doubt I will notice the change since I could always dodge it anyway because of the lag showing the particle before it happened anyway...
Can lag do that? How does that even work?
I would see it and spam click everything I could to get away, and most of the time my stuff would go off before I ran into it, now that there is a warning particle, I'll see it earlier and be able to get my inputs in beforehand.
dude you guys are massively exaggerating the QQ on east coast servers, I know a friend who plays on EU fucking NE. HE LIVES ON WEST COAST, HE DOES NOT QQ HALF AS MUCH AS YOU GUYS DO.
Erm... I thought it was universally understood that East Coast is referring to that part of the NA region...
Edit: I confused myself. Carry on. :s
I'm talking about a point of relevance, let me break it down maybe it'll be more clear.
guy lives on west coast
he plays on an EU server all the time
he does not complain about lag
analogy: distance between west coast and EU is more than distance between west coast and east coast.
many of the east coast players scream as if the lag is preventing them from reaching challenjour while in reality, friend is experiencing heavier lag and not noticing that big of a difference between EU and NA servers.
Ah. Sorry, sarcasm tends not to come across well in text format, especially to dense people like me c:
Honestly, I don't have much of a problem with my ping, and I live almost smack on the East Coast. I can understand how it could affect your game, or sometimes create some frustrating situations, but really, unless you actually are Challenger, I don't see it making as massive a difference as people make it out to be. Of course, I have absolutely nothing other than personal experience and opinions to back me up, and as I've never played league with lower than 80 ping, I can't speak from all points of view.

Difference is he's stupid enough to voluntarily deal with lag. We are forced into it.
Pretty sure he plays there for friends, and he does not bitch about lag because it's not as significant as you make it out to be.
Unless you're all above plat elo (which I highly doubt,) it makes VERY little difference according to him.
Try and play on EUNE? I still can't comprehend the whining being so gigantic when he plays on EUNE fine, there must be something wrong with NA server or you guys must be a bunch of spoiled brats.
But I mean people who live on the East Coast deserve to be on the same playing field as other people in NA, which just isn't the case what with all the higher ping rates we're forced to deal with. If it was a matter of playing on the wrong server, then of course we'd have no reason to complain but that's just not the case.
Just transfer to LAN it's in Florida dude, honestly that server needs more people on it and the ping is great.
Do you keep all your skins and champions if you transfer? Even if you do I'm not sure it's worth it since I really only play league with friends now so unless we all decided to transfer it wouldn't really be worth it and honestly we shouldn't have to. We deserve better and I don't think we should back away from this by deciding to transfer to LAN.
yeah you keep all your stuff. Honestly the announcer was the reason i switched and found the constant 40- ping a bonus.
"That server needs more people on it" is the reason people don't transfer. Also if you play with friends from the US (as many of us do), it's not even a possibility to get them all to move with you, specially if they're in better ping states.

Im used to it. The forum gives any region a bad name unless its Korea.
I live in New England, sometimes one lagspike can ruin games. I was Soraka one game, we were in the enemy's red buff side, I lagged out, unable to move, 30 seconds later I was caught with a 70 second death-timer, and they won. sigh*
I play on the East Coast and I haven't lagged one bit ever...even when streaming. So....
It's not "lag" for most players, it's a stable but significantly higher ping. Bad players don't notice it since their reaction time is bad anyways.
Try investing in a better computer than a Fisher Price one.
I'm sorry you don't understand your computer hardware has nothing to do with your ping. In 2015 it's kind of sad.
why dont you east coasters play on Latin america north? the server is in Florida, i live in Texas and i get almost no lag at all on it.
Because when you live in the boonies of Pennsylvania you're committed to the lag you get, or otherwise you create workarounds. Not everybody is able to play with an uncapped frame rate, I play at a locked 60 with all of the performance settings at medium. I wouldn't call it ideal, but I can tell what goes on, and what needs to be done.
sounds more like your pc bro, playing on LAN probably would still give you lower ping from server
It's more where I am. I don't get the best of internet to begin with, but my PC is middle of the road tier. It can handle most games, but putting the quality on max will slow me down.
750 ping is like playing from Antarctica or something
You mean Australia.

I play with 100 ping on the east coast and you really only start to feel slow if you hit 110+ so there shouldn't be too many issues unless you've been playing with 10 ping on the west coast your entire life
90 ping is fine. Good human reaction time to visual input is 250ms.
I normally play on the NA server from Florida. I get an average ping of 100-120 depending on the day. When I ranked gold5 on NA, I had a ping of around 80. Now its above 100 and I am sucking my way up from low silver. I just placed Gold 3 on the LAN server with 18 ping. Yes, 18.
LAN server is nice for the lower lag. I understand half the stuff they say and the people who feed the most etc, are the ones typing in chat and it seems like a 1000 word essay each time. I just laugh and enjoy the fact I don't understand what they are trolling/being toxic to each other.
Want lower ping, go to LAN. It is fun. I play on both, NA with friends, LAN for serious ranked.
