What to build on phoenix Udyr for dmg ?

I know Udyr is garbage now, but I still like playing him in normals. Especially since I got the spirit guard udyr skin in 3 rerolls. :D I used to play him cinderhulk into . But these days, you can't build that, because adc's melt you before you can reach anyone, and that build takes some time. Then I tried cinderhulk into or if they have a lot of magic dmg. Still those builds make you a bit tanky but don't deal a lot of dmg. I tried 3rd item, felt ok, not so great. Tried , but I never really felt that botrk does that much on him. I built full tank with no dmg and I was a stun bot that got melted by adcs nevertheless in 3-4 seconds. Idk what to build anymore to make him fun.
