Garen Decisive Strike (Q) bonus damage increased from 30/55/80/105/130 to 30/65/100/135/170 Courage (W) tenacity increased from 60% to 85% damage reduction increased from 60% to 85%

so your going make him damn near impossibly for anyone to deal with in the elos they actually PLAY him in for what?

TO BUFF HIM THE 10% WINRATE he need to be viable in diamond he is going to be IMPOSSIBLE to deal with for the other 98% of players

but then again, I guess this wont work because she actually could USE a buff... and riot balance team only likes BREAKING things.

Then don't be a bad player and you won't find Garen any bit frightening.

Being bad at the game isn't an excuse to poorly balance the game.

for a champion as piss-simple as garen it should be higher by the same logic that other easy champs are generally considered balance around 52% like Warwick, Annie/Sona (who are weak champs atm, of course), unless they're simply not in a favorable meta and just need to wait their turn
