you know cinderhulk needs a nerf when:
you watch a ranked challenger stream where the top support and jungle on BOTH teams ALL take get smite and take cinderhulk. seriously if that isn't enough evidence.. i don't know what is

Do you have a link to the game?
I believe you and all, just wondering what circumstances warrant giving up exhaust bot lane (so you'll lose any 2v2 duel) and teleport/flash top (either lose map pressure or lose an engage/escape tool) just to get cinderhulk's bonus % health and better objective control...
I mean, it was both teams so nothing you can really do compare wise. If only 1 team did it though, I think the team without the extra smites would win UNLESS: They had no champions that can do anything decent with % Health damage (no one that likes BoRK or Liandry's) (so health stacking would be really good against them anyways) They had no ability to force an all-in bot lane (with a Leona support for example, forcing an all-in with the exhaust advantage should get you an easy kill or 2) They had weaker laning phase champions so they couldn't snowball an early lead.
IDK, would have to see it... I agree cinderhulk is OP but I don't think 3 cinderhulks is a great strategy...
