Everyone wants to pick . Le me instabanning Yasuo every single game because I don't want either to play him or face him

Everyone starts picking because they read on op.gg she has a high winrate on One for all (yes some people do this kind of things in rotative modes) and players avoid fights, pushing 24/7 and trying to finish games under 20 minutes

Starts banning , people start picking and pushing 24/7, avoiding fights too, or do the same with

And yet some people are crying all over the boards about

It's not fun and promotes toxicity for all the reasons you stated. Someone at RIOT made it, management approved it, and to make the designer happy they rolled out possibly the dumbest , most toxic mode they ever made.

It could be a fun mode for 5 friends but for solo players it sucks so badly it's not even funny.

I played it once to get the quest done so I'm happy I didn't have to play that mess more than that.

I agree about this mode being bad for single players.

You are basically screwed if a teammate votes for a champ like (check my match history) or something that requires good mechanics which literally only one person on your team has played before. This is basically every game, because everybody chooses a champ they are familiar with, so the ADC player in the game chooses , the guy who jungles chooses or something, support picks , Top picks , and mid chooses . When it's all said and done each team has like 1 REALLY good person who actually plays the champion and then 4 other people who suck at varying levels.
You get the troll picks that can easily ruin the game. Ex:
You can literally lose the game in champ select. Since everybody's the same character, if one team randomly gets a counter pick then it's basically GG, especially if 1 or 2 also happens to your team.

The good thing is that it has made me play champs I never have before like Sion and Swain, who I have found I really enjoy playing.

Also if you have a decently sized group then you can make some strategy or have a specific pick in mind that actually makes the game fun and competitive.
