Regardless of performance, the fact that people highly prefer a burst based off build on what is meant to be a DPS champion, combined with the very low counterplay said burst has, should be raising some red flags, no?

AP Shyvana is basically an AOE Nidalee. I've legitimately seen it one and two shot people.

If the only thing she's able to do is be useful only when her ult is up so she can cheese people with E nukes, I think I would call that a problem. She's supposed to be a bruiser.

I mean, a half dragon champ sounds more cooler bursting ppl with flames than sticking on melee to just hit with aoe dmg

Also, as a brusier-Jugger class (her old design) was far more useful for just jumping to the backline with the ult from the darkness of the fog of war, scare the sht out of the enemy team, drop the BoTRK active on the mid laner or ADC and smack em with aoe autos to death while leaving a fire trail mixed with blood behind. Good ol' days. the E with W plus sufire cape botrk hydra was so good to melt other brusiers alike too. She used to be unstoppable.

lower her free stats on ultimate (dragon form) and they can play AP (if they enjoy that) to their hearts content, though I suspect most are just abusing it for freelo.

So, nerf the main build because of a gimmick that should have never been a thing? How about no? Also, word "free" doesn't mean what you think it means.
