Can Riot prepare a working with the community class for their employees?

It's odd to me that SnashGizmo, Stashu and Scruffy all failed at first stubbornly refusing to adjust their failed reworks and then became somewhat decent afterwards.

I trust rioters even if they make huge blunders like with Skarner and Cass, but I feel like there should be some sort of class for them so that they don't fail in the exact same ways every time when it comes to new rioters.
