Add more Grounded abilities to LoL

With Cass's update, the introduction of the "grounded" CC is pretty cool. It's a take on the Root that Poseidon has had for a few years, and more champions in LoL should have it.

I'd like to put it on Talon's E, Kass Q or E, J4 R (only on the target though), Veigar E, Nid traps, Singed W, and Kog's E.

Oh man, Talon's E would a good one. Maybe just replace anything that used to be a silence with a Ground? That could be good. Gives them a chance to fight, but not run.

I like the idea of a grounding on Kass, but I'm unsure of where I'd put it. Q has a really low CD and is point and click, but E is AOE. It'd be great on either.
