This not at all being entirely exploitable with teamcomps. People will then take a tank and a carry (something like gragas/kayn), and swap out of bad matchups.

How about, instead, the player assigned to jg is kicked if they don't lock in smite UNLESS another player takes smite as a result of role trading?

That way the afk jg who didn't read "grab smite" spammed in lobby because they were busy taking a shit or whatever else is the one who ends up punished and not entire team.
