It's got a little bit of a wind up and it takes some skill to actually hit someone mid-dash consistently. He's supposed to peel though, that's the majority of what he does.

it's also incredibly easy to predict most dashes. He excels at peeling but it's not the majority of what he does. He's good for picks, zone control and the unique lantern that nobody likes to touch.
