Can Syndra get buffs with the other mages please ;-;

It makes me so sad that syndra has such a low pick rate. I can honestly say (as my opinion) that Syndra is one of the hardest champions to play, considering her kit revolves around her q and almost all of her kit is skill shot based. Her q damage is disgustingly low until it hits level 5. Her e, is literally so hard to land if the enemy is mobile. I don't know how they would buff it, but I get tired of a lux bragging about hitting her q when its such an easy skillshot and syndra actually has to line it up. Plus, she's a mana gobbler. Like there are tons of mages that can spam abilities but one q,e, w q combo costs ALL of her mana, only bringing the enemy to about half-30% health, if you can land it all.
