Seriously, Ziggs is the only mage getting changes that AREN'T nerfs.

Yes some mages are weak. This does not mean some mages are not too strong.

Fun fact the nerf to anivia hurts her damage on E due to its slow projectile speed vs anyone with a dash effect

Before the change I could E a trust as she rocket jumped away and still get the crit, now it won't crit from chilled due to how slow E moves

This change nerfs anivia vs mobility, who she was already weak vs

No, they weren't. The idea that mages were weak after the changes was declared constantly but never backed up by anything meaningful.

Fun Fact: I have not seen Karthus through entire Preseason 6 (I doubt that anyone did)
