real question is why the balance team has no memory of past balance in the last 7 years?

HEIMER CANNOT BE BUFFED this champ was created by the lord of cancerous champions Xypherous himself, you need to understand that heimer is not healthy, do you know that a champion who makes irrelevant the entire melee class, mobile melees like irelia included should not be buffed?

and worst of all is why did you give him permanent movement speed buff? if you're a melee what the fuck are you supposed to do against a ranged champion that outrun you while not doing anything?

can't wait for fiora to be nerfed so i replace her with an other permaban

Uhh, im onetricking Tryndamere and when i see that guy top i just want to die. I have no problems dying to him or feeding against him. But i cant do nothing against him either. That is a fcking boring lane. I have to farm 24/7 and to rely on my bot lane. If my bot loses then i'll lose too a game since i didnt get fed. I think he needs a full rework. His gameplay is.. unique but he does nothing for his team. I mean, really. That champion is useless past silver 3. Nobody will just walk though his 3 turrets and die. He just doesnt fit this game's theme. He's not a 1v1 champ, he's not a good splitpusher, he's not a good teamfighter... I think that he needsa full full full rework.
