However for lissandra, she’s so strong only because of aftershock and the way she procs it so easily with her W Nerfing aftershock for ranged champion might actually help, like making said ranged champions not unable to trade

more seriously, really hope they'll nerf her. She's really too strong, seeing her scaling, dont know why her early is so good.

For Galio & Lissandra it was obvious they would be so strong after their changes. They were already top tier (yeah Galio was already strong, no need to bring wr).

Galio and Liss definitely need nerfs. Camille maybe... and i think Karthus is balanced. He has multiple counters to keep him from getting nerfs.
