Can Riot PLEASE do something about premades and smurfs

I am so bored of this game being all about premades or smurfs. I don't want to play with them. I just want a normal solo Q that isn't going to allow groups of players in to dominate a game just because they happen to be on Discord or whatever third party program together. I prefer to play alone and I don't want to make "fake" friends in order to play the game.

Sort this out Riot, I am so tired of you treating solo players like you don't give a flying fuck.

Smurfing should be relatively easy. Only 1 account per IP address can access ranked. Though I do not really run into too many issues with duos it doesn't really make sense to allow them in solo queue. Assuming they are same skill level they will have advantage based on voice comms. And no Riot voice comms are not the answer, I don't want to voice comm with randos.

  1. IP addresses are not fixed

  2. What do you do about things like college dorms/ a family? They would have the same IP address at any given time
