A new kind of ADC item.

So a rising problem that began in season 6 is that armor pen items became far better for killing squishies than it did for actual tanks, and crit mixed with a last whisper, became far better for killing tanks. However atm neither build is good at kiling tanks.

So my question to the community, is it possible to create items, that are ONLY GOOD for killing tanks, but are sub par against squishies.

I feel this would make itemization much more interesting for adcs as they now have to ask themselves "do i want to kill the tank or the squishy? Who is a bigger threat to me?"

Just a idea, no clue how to make it work. But it's a thought.

Personally I LOVE items such as.

item 3036 item 3033 item 3139 For they are only good for very specific situations, but shine greatly when used right and built at the right time. However you have a clear sacrifice when you do make them. They are strong items, with heavy cons, something I want to see in more items.

I just have an idea tho. About an item.

Rito should make another crit item. That deals true damage depending on the enemy's armor.

Example,

+40 ad +30% attack speed maybe throw in some crit or lifesteal.

Passive: Adds 10% true damage to your crit if the enemy's armor is double of yours. 15% when tripled lastly 20% when 4 times.

For example, if you do 200 damage. The damage to the enemy will be 200 + 10% of that damage, which is 200 physical damage and 20 true damage.

Intersting idea, but do we really want true damage to become the answer to tanks?
