Level 10 Zed with 0 kills killing a level 10 Pantheon with 95% health UNDER A turret. If you aren't save with a block and a stun under a turret - who is?
Please tell me, how on earth is this balanced.
I'm predicting Zed abusers to join in and say "Well don't stay on your lane with only 95% health" LOL
Meep Man4 votesDude, this is Faker. Arguably the best Zed in League of Legends. Also, that Pantheon had no defensive items and Zed had a Bilgewater Cutlass.
Also, kills dont matter when you have 133 CS.
Kowe The Ewok1 votesIn a tournament against one of the best Pantrheons in the world. Plus: His damage doesn't not differ wether he is faker or not. And at point blank everybody above Bronze III can hit there skillshots at this distance.
P.S: Zed also had no defensive items. Why is he allowed to survive Pantheons damage and the turret ? Pantheon is arguably one of the strongest earlygame champions, yet Zed's damage and tankyness outclass him by a mile.
Edit: P.S: Panth had 2 kills. They were equal in gold.
Watch92 votesExcuse me, there is something called Armor. Another thing called runes. Certain Runes can give Armor. He had 65 armor.
"Zed also had no defensive items." Since when did a Dorans Shield not be considered a defensive item. Dorans Shield reduces basic attack damage and increased health.

Daishø3 votesI will explain the magic behind this zed play. Cancels auto attack under tower to try to make panth use his stun. Doesn't work so, he auto attacks once, then ults the panth. Panth stuns with death mark applied. zed throws out w shadow, e, q, and auto attacks. zeds passive kicks in, dealing extra magic and attack damage. Death mark does percent damage of damage dealt before mark pops. meanwhile zed walks away, and when out of tower range, goes back to ult shadow to avoid minion dmg. oh, and activate bilgewater cutless. and heis clones all hit their q's, so that did the majority of his dmg. and panth is jg, so no ignite. there is the magic of that zed play.
Killer X 122 votesIt was Faker. CS > Kills. The panth could of played that differently and gotten the return kill. I think i've lost lane to Zed ONCE since his release. He isn't too strong, he is just annoying.

Please tell me what Panth could have done differently other than STUNNING ZED UNDER A TOWER and resetting his passive to block damage several times.
P.S: You're such a pro. You should totally Stream. However since you're only playing Arams and customs (looking at your match history) and don't have a single ranked game people might not believe (in) you.

Panth could have kited down towards the southern wall and behind the turret during the exchange. Of course he would of had to start this as soon as Zed went in on him. The reason he should of kited down towards the southern wall (and perhaps when the best time to stun zed is up for debate as well) is time. If he could force zed to wait another second for one of his autos that he threw in there (with the zed passive proc on it) then it could of been enough time for another turret shot. Also since zed just walked out of turret range having him have to walk further after combined with walking further for an auto would of almost certainly been enough for another tower shot. The tower shot would of killed him.
P.S. I play normals when i feel like 1v1ing someone. I play ARAMs when i want things to die, aka team fights. I play customs with champions that i either enjoy, i'm testing builds on, or i'm trying to learn. And sometimes i go play smite, since its faster.
P.P.S He had 1 more kill and 3 more assists, but less than half the cs, and a good amount of that cs was jungle creeps i'm sure. Zed had more gold.
DarthSpectrum2 votesFirst of all, it is Faker, arguably one of the best Zed players in the world. Even so, frankly I would not have expected anything less from any other decent Zed players. That Pantheon had NO armor items while the Zed had 57 bonus AD from his items. In addition, that Pantheon got hit by triple Razor Shurikens, one Shadow Slash, Ignite, Cutlass active, and a bunch of AAs while drawing minion aggro.

Kuroi862 votesPanth had no armor, Zed had a Doran' shield. Panth' passive only blocks auto attacks, Zed's combo is mostly based around abilities. His passive could block a little bit of damage, but not much when against Zed. Zed also hit Panth with both throwing stars, if Panth had dodged that, he might have been able to win the fight.
skrithurz1 votesI never lose lane to a Zed, I honestly don't understand how anyone does. His only early game damage is his Q which is hella easy to dodge and costs a lot of enery. Zed is easily bullied out of lane early game and can suffer from it for the rest of the game.

Terff1 votesIts faker what do you expect? 9/10 real players would either not have the balls to do it or would die in the process. And he had Last whisper and black cleaver, the armor pen is real.
SouL1ess1 votesThe spear dodge with ult was good and it saved Zed from death. If he didn't dodge it it would have been a trade in death. So really Zed isn't at fault here.
Pantheon chose the wrong time to E and had to take a double shuriken and I also think he stunned too early. Not that the stun choice matters because Pantheon's stun is weak as is...
But 1:48 - Cait stays near a Zed shadow while Death Mark is still in effect, free feeding. wow. Can't believe this is in Best Plays and not Dumb Plays.
Edit: And people who say Zed is dependent on Ult to do damage should look at 2:50. No ult required, still 100-0 within 3 seconds.
