Hang on, so now Blue Buff provides no AP what so ever?

We’re reverting the mid-season changes to bring these buffs back to useful - but not overwhelming - levels

Blue Buff DURATION 120 seconds on first buff, 90 seconds thereafter ⇒ 120 seconds on all buffs REMOVED - ABILITY POWER No longer grants +15% ability power

But before the mid-year changes it provided 2AP per level...and now it provides none at all? Yeah I know it was 2AP per level but it was still a reasonable bonus that didn't have any issues. But now I suppose it just gives CDR and Mana Regen.

I'm no mage sympathiser but that's not a revert of the changes that's just a straight up nerf because Riot, you didn't re-add the bonus AP per level :P Just sayin'
