What the hell are you waiting to rework him then?

because now hes an established character with a certain identity, and his dedicated playerbase.

scratching a concept and not releasing a champion in the first place is easier than entirely changing him after multiple years. it only works with champions that are so broken and outdated, that even the mains of the champion want a rework. aka sion.

doesn't matter, if this design is broken as hell they should just give it up

WHERE DID THEY EVEN SAY THIS?! I have never seen this Red comment. Can someone link me? Ive seen them say his play style is currently one of the most frustrating, but still. Regretting to release a champion?

they said it a couple of times.

vlad completely broke spellvamp as a stat. not to mention his mechanics create infinite sustain. i actually think hes currently somewhat fine. release vlad was absolutely bonkers.

So I looked this up, and they said that about 3-4 years ago... so, its basically useless information.
