Hextech Gunblade active should scale less with Ap and have some Ad scaling
Like have it deal 140+ 30% Ap down from 150+40% Ap, and give it 50% bonus Ad scaling.
I just think that would make sense.

What if we had it apply on hits as well as spell effects (it already applies spell effects). A lot of hybrids also like on hits, I think it would only make sense.
