I know its a niche item, but its way to niche and doesn't do enough to justify buying it over any other item. This item has less than a 1% pick rate. I'd like to see riot put some effect into making this item good.

So ppl can actually start using it.

Wtf are you talking about its for on hit and for on hit its better then most mr items in the game the reason no one builds it is that there are not many on hit champions. If riot want more champions to build it then they would have to kill the on hit part of it ruining the item for its users there is also not many on hit items meaning taking one away hurts on hit champions. I would rather riot make more on hit champions and stop forcing crit.

Irelia Jax Kayle Fizz Shyvana Teemo Kaisa Vayne Varus These are some champs which wits end should in theory be built fairly often since these scale with on hit quite well. But in reality you only see it on Kayle and mayee Varus if the enemy team has like 3+ magic dmg dealers. It's a good item but in this ''kek oneshot meta'' it doesnt deliver. When you compare it to how it was in S5, the item is a lot better now statwise in every single way but its built way less than before.

That item has not worked since it's release, However mandreds blood razor worked on adc's in s3, go look for it in the shop.. it's gone.

It was fairly popular in S5. It's just that laning phase doesnt mean nearly as much anymore and stacking it is hard after laning. Riot could compensate it by making so it works on turrets or give it a 10% cdr with a bit of an up of cost.
