Lissandra rework idea

So since Lissandra isn't in a good spot right now, I thought that giving her a small rework would be beneficial; here is my idea.

NEW Passive: Iceborn - All of Lissandra's abilities slow for 7 + 2(per level) percent lasting for 2 seconds. If Lissandra uses a spell on an enemy that has been slowed by one of her other abilities, the target takes 50 + 20%AP damage ignoring half of the target's MR.

Q: slow removed from ability, AP scaling buffed by 7%, base damage lowered by 15 at all ranks

W: AP ratio lowered by 10%

E: AP ratio lowered by 10%

R: unchanged

Notes: This new Lissandra I feel gives her an insanely strong team fight presence; provided that she can get off as much passive damage as possible. Ideally, you will be applying her Passive damage 3 times in a full combo by hitting the enemy with all of her abilities. Her new passive also creates a new dimension of combos and gives her trading tools.

Right? I quite like where she is.

Are you one of those mains that just deludes yourself into thinking your champion is perfect with no flaws whatsoever or do you really believe Liss is perfectly fine right now? Because she isn't, she's just barely viable and I personally would like to see her go from that to viable.

Uh, No. Shes fine right now, and i dont want to see her recieve a buff, become meta, and then be overnerfed where i cant even play her. She is perfectly fine and does not need buffs.

As a burst mage Lissandra might be struggling but I never felt like that was her intended role. She has a lot of good dps and short range moves with a very heavily CC focused ult. Have you attempted to play her as a tanky AP that focuses more on skirmishing and controlling the fight than just diving in to assassinate 1 target / deal huge AoE damage to the enemy team? It could give you a new perspective on the Ice Witch, provided your team doesn't need a traditional AP carry.
