Zed is only strong because of the mana regen nerfs. Champions like Ziggs can't keep up with Zed's poke and waveclear at the same time while also being naturally countered by Zed (assassin > mage) now

I would argue that he is, in fact, stronger than most of the champions you just mentioned.

For some reason it seems to correspond with how relatively mana hungry the champion in question is. Weird.

Lol Liss is stronger than Zed. She's top pick/ban lcs and she has a better win rate across all elos.

those champs have kits that are pesky for zed but are they indeed stronger ? lissandra lacks damage, so either she builds full ap which doesnt suit her (and sucks at teamfights since she needs her ult to survive) or she needs an exshaust to stop you anyway, she counters zed but isnt straight out stronger than him (also zed can get qqs which actualy fits this situation, and noone of you considers that) kayle got gutted so zed will be able to afford staying till her ult ends xerath ? pre 6 hell do, post 6 ? xerath's cc is only strong when he hits it from a far (stun time scales with time ball traveled) and he wont see much of a ranged fight

akali is a skill matchup, one of them will snowball

fizz got gutted and zed countered him before this gutting (what the hell kind of an example is that) hiemer? he will totaly counter you by setting up a base while you roam, just like heimer counters anything else, by simply prewenting getting rekt

Lissandra lacks damage? HA! Kayle is a skill matchup. Xerath depends on how good you are, even a point blank stun when Zed turret dives you can be enough to kill him or dish out damage to fend him off. His ultimate also allows him to keep up with Zeds roaming somewhat. Fizz is not gutted, have you tried AD Fizz? Early you need to land ult (which isn't really hard when Zed ult puts him at point blank range) and then late game your Q deals a ton of damage which followed by an AA can easily blow up spuishies. Ult if you want for overkill

and then you relize 4/6 bans are used on mana ap champs and mid meta is still ap. and honestly they need to nerf jungle even more. Its fkn retarded how one early gank can fuck up your lane entirely. Jungle has too much influence in the game right now.

I usually find the game is more decided around bot lane.

How good my ADC is at kiting vs. theirs. How good the support is at peeling vs. theirs. Who wins the laning phase. (through farm/kills) This doesn't mean that ADC/support is OP. Just that I find it harder to win if my bot is worse.

Junglers do have influence, but it's kind of the point of jungling. They get reduced exp/gold and are painful to play if you aren't 1 of 4 champions.

If you go based on high Challenger it's usually mid/adc who carry hardest. (I'm not high challenger)

Jungle doesn't have too much influence in the game right now.

However Pantheon, Jarvan IV, Lee Sin, and Vi make up most of the picks right now and they do however have strong influence early game.

There are more junglers than those 4, but just those 4 make up more than 80% of the jungle picks. Riot should likely buff up some other junglers.
